A. If the item(s) are returned in the same condition that they left our warehouse, the buyer pays the shipping to return the item(s), plus a 20% restocking fee.

A. Your order will be shipped within 7 days after payment is made, depending on manufacture time for handmade birdhouses. All other orders within 1-2 business days. You will be notified via email or other form of communication.
